Returns & Exchange

 

1. Return Eligibility

You may request a return if:

  • The item is unused, unworn, and unwashed

  • All original tags and packaging are intact

  • The return request is made within 7 days of delivery

  • The product is not damaged due to misuse

We reserve the right to reject returns that do not meet these conditions.

2. Non-Returnable Items

The following items are not eligible for return or exchange:

  • Items purchased on clearance or sale

  • Innerwear, socks, or personal-use garments

  • Gift cards

  • Customized or altered products

3. Exchange Policy

We offer exchanges for:

  • Size issues

  • Defective or damaged products

  • Incorrect item received

Exchange requests must be made within 7 days of delivery.

If the requested size is unavailable, you may choose:

  • Store credit, or

  • A different product of equal value

If the new item is higher in price, the difference must be paid. If lower, store credit will be issued.

4. Return Process

To initiate a return or exchange:

  1. Email us at support@vastramshopstore.com

  2. Provide your order number and reason for return

  3. Share clear photos (if item is damaged/incorrect)

  4. Wait for approval confirmation

Do not send products back without approval.

5. Refund Policy

Once we receive and inspect the returned item:

  • Refunds will be processed within 5–7 business days

  • Refunds will be issued to the original payment method

  • Shipping charges are non-refundable

In case of Cash on Delivery (COD) orders, refunds will be processed via bank transfer or store credit.

6. Return Shipping

  • Customers may be responsible for return shipping charges unless the product is defective or incorrect

  • We recommend using a trackable shipping method

We are not responsible for lost return parcels.

7. Damaged or Incorrect Orders

If you receive a damaged or wrong item, please contact us within 48 hours of delivery with clear images. We will arrange a replacement at no extra cost.

8. Cancellation Policy

  • Orders can be cancelled within 12 hours of placing them

  • Once shipped, orders cannot be cancelled
