1. ORDER PROCESSING TIME

All orders are processed within 1–3 business days after confirmation.
We work on a Made-to-order model, each piece is uniquely created according to your specifications, such that we require 7-10 business days to fulfill your order.
During sale periods or high demand, processing time may be slightly longer.

Once your order is shipped, you will receive a confirmation email or SMS with tracking details. We try to ideally make your pieces reach your doorstep within 14 days.

2. SHIPPING CHARGES

Shipping charges are calculated at checkout based on your location.
We may offer free shipping on orders above a certain amount (if applicable).
Cash on Delivery (COD) orders may include an additional handling fee.

3. DELIVERY TIME

Estimated delivery time:

Metro Cities: 3–5 business days
Other Cities/Towns: 5–8 business days
Remote Areas: 7–10 business days

Delivery timelines may vary due to:

Weather conditions
Courier delays
Public holidays
Unforeseen circumstances

We are not responsible for delays caused by courier partners.

4. ORDER TRACKING

Once shipped, you will receive a tracking ID via email or SMS.
You can track your shipment through the courier partner’s website.

If you do not receive tracking details within 3 business days, please contact us.

5. INCORRECT ADDRESS

Customers are responsible for providing accurate shipping details.

If an incorrect address is provided:

Delivery may fail
Additional re-shipping charges may apply
We are not responsible for lost parcels due to incorrect information

6. UNDELIVERED PACKAGES

If a package is returned to us due to:

Incorrect address
Customer unavailable
Refusal to accept delivery

We will contact you for re-shipment. Additional shipping charges may apply.

7. INTERNATIONAL SHIPPING

We currently ship only within India.
If international shipping becomes available, charges and timelines will vary based on destination.

8. DAMAGED DURING TRANSIT

If your package arrives damaged:

Contact us within 48 hours of delivery
Share clear photos of the package and product
We will assist with replacement or resolution
